Dye sublimation Inks work best with heat based applications. It involves a very simple yet highly effective process of professionally and permanently applying a photo quality image onto a vast range of items to create high quality saleable products. Sublimation inks look dull in bottles and paper printouts, but come to photo quality after heat pressed. Dye Sublimation substrates and is IN the surface rather than being on the surface. It is inexpensive in terms of set up and production costs. With it being a digital process, there are no set up costs, such as screens. As soon as the image comes out of the printer, you’ll have your printed products in a matter of minutes.
