 01. What is the difference between Package A and B?

The only difference is the inks. Package A is bundled with dye ink which produces vivid outputs but has a quicker fading reaction when exposed to chemical and UV. Package B is bundled with pigment ink which has a paler output but lasts longer than dye inks.

02. What is included in the package?

Our Low Cost ID Card Maker comes with a complete start up kit from cutters to inks and PVC sheets that are good and ready to print 500 pcs. ATM type IDs. It is also inclusive of free training. All you need is a computer to begin.

03. How are the IDs made with the package?

There are three steps involved:
First, you print the ID layout.
Second, you cut the PVC sheet into ID size.
Third, you laminate.

04. What are the consumable items?

They are the inks and PVC sheets.

05. How much is the production cost per ID?

Around P13-P15 per ID.

06. Is it scratch proof?

The image is protected from scratches since the prints are inside the sheets between the films.

07. Do I need a plastic laminating film in making IDs?

No.

08. What else can I do with the Low Cost ID package?

Since this comes in a package and not as a machine, there are still other uses aside from making IDs. The printer, for instance, can be used in printing with end products depending on the choice of ink. The laminator can be used either with hot or cold laminating applications.
The PVC sheets come in A4 sizes and can be used as POP displays, menu boards, cut into nameplates, round pins, keychains and a whole lot more.

09. How thick are the pvc sheets?

0.6mm

10. What is the difference between the Low Cost ID Card Maker and the Card Express?

b.) Consumable cost.
c.) Production cost.
d.) Card express involves one step. Low Cost Card Maker involves three.
e.) Card Express uses thermal ribbons, while the low cost card uses inkjet.
